Featured Cook agreement

1. Your price. You set the price your clients pay for your membership. Paid memberships are coming soon, once payments are set up.
2. Our fee. Skip the Label keeps a flat platform fee of $4 per month. There's no cost to apply or to be listed.
3. Payouts. Once payments are live, payouts are handled through Stripe. You'll need a Stripe account in good standing to receive them.
4. Your own words only. Share recipes and steps you wrote yourself. Don't copy recipes, instructions, photos or other content from other websites, books or creators. Imported recipes may only show steps you rewrote in your own words.
5. No medical or cure claims. Don't claim that a recipe, ingredient or plan treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition. Skip the Label matches products to ingredient preferences; it isn't medical or dietary advice, and your content shouldn't present it that way.
6. Disclose referral codes. If you share referral codes, affiliate links or anything you're paid or rewarded for, disclose it clearly as the FTC requires (for example, “I earn a commission if you use my code”).
7. Accurate profile. Your name, credentials and business details must be truthful and yours to use.
8. We can remove listings. We may decline an application, or remove or hide a Featured Cook listing, profile branding or recipe at any time, for example for breaking these rules or our Terms.
